All Sales are final. No refund or store credit will be issued.

Bows: Please allow 3-4 weeks turn around time NOT including shipping time. All items are handmade and we are working hard to get your items shipped as quickly as possible. 

Blankets: Blanket preorders have a 7-8 week turn around time NOT including shipping time. 

Please note blanket colors may differ slightly from the computer generated image.

 Missing items in your order MUST be brought to my attention within 3 days of receiving your items.

Unfortunately, EBB will not be responsible for any lost packages. In the event that your package happens to get lost please contact USPS directly. Once a package is picked up or turned in to USPS, EBB cannot be held responsible.

For questions please call USPS directly 1-800-275-8777 with the tracking number or enter your tracking number via the USPS website.

EBB is not responsible for any “undelivered” items marked “delivered” by USPS.  However, if this is the case, please contact USPS first to get more information on this package. Please make sure to file a claim on your end first before reaching out to us.

Once the shipment has been picked up and scanned out of our location, we are not liable to contact USPS. Please contact USPS to get more information on this package and file a claim.

 

Default Bow Hardware: Bows will come standard on nude nylons or double prong alligator clips with no teeth. There is an option for you to substitute for an alligator clip with teeth. You must add that option to your order, find that listing in the bow menu.
